About the Choir Workshops: Music is a great way to make new friends and spend your free time. The Children Choir workshops are an amazing opportunity to learn new songs from different countries and give you the chance to play with musicians of the London Gypsy Orchestra!
More Benefits: Making music betters many aspects of a child's life. It doesn't only decrease anti-social behaviour by building self confidence and social skills, but also improves academic achievements in different subjects such as maths and languages. The choir will be taught by professional musicians; all tutors are CRB checked and are highly experienced in working with children.
Gundula is the Director, violinist and singer of the LGO. Her past singing and music workshops teaching Eastern European and Balkan Gypsy have a reputation for their musical uplift and educational value. She learns most of her music from native people by ear, and acquired in the last 20 years a huge repertoire of wonderful songs.
